My husband is a 8 year past convicted felon with a non convicted wife who enjoys traveling. I would like to plan a suprise trip to another country for our anniversary but I don't have a clue what a visa is compared to the US passport. Do I need a visa to go to any country?And how do I obtain one for us...If he is able to go???
