How can i get my passport from my management?how can i go back to india?

  • how can i get help? .i am from india. i am working in malaysia as a cook in restaurant last six months. i faced lot of torture.i don't like to work here .i want go back to india.my management don't give my passport .my management ask more money from me.i have money only for air ticket.how can i get my passport?. how can i complaint to indian embassy about my management? how can i go back to india?

    go to your Indian embassy asap and lodge a complaint ask for assistance in obtaining a new passport actually im really sorry to hear about your situation but maybe you could be smart and go to your embassy and say you have lost your passport ...then you get a new one made ask the embassy that you collect it from them as soon as you get it get on a plane and go home my 1st bet would be you ask the indian embassy for assistance in getting your passport back and if they dont help you go to the news tv or radio or go to a religous leader ie priest or imam

Go to Indian embassy and tell any authority on your happenings. They will surely help you. I think the question is not only that you return to India but also that these culprits should be punished. So please go to Indian embassy and tell them what is happening with you, they will help you.

You need to tell us the facts in full. I suppose you must be on time bound contract. That is the reason Your emloyer is not giving you your passport. Let your contract finish and then make an exit after obtaining NOC from employer. In case you are not being payed and tortured then approach Indian high commision or your friend in India can approach Ministry of External affairs for HELP/Rescue
