Can I change my Mother's name when renewing the Indian passport?
-
Hi all, there has been an serious error when I applied for my passport in 1999. My parents have separated and my father has remarried. So while applying for the passport in 1999, he had supplied my Step mother's in the passport. My passport is up for renewal now and I would like to change my mother's name. I have my birth certificate to prove this. Would it be possible to change my mother's name if I apply for renewal along with my birth certificate? Many thanks
