Does German embassy have Interview for Schengen visa?

I have got Schengen buiness visa from German Embassy. can i visit Italy after leaving Germany with this visa?

• It is a C type visa for 7 days stay and in the remarks field of visa it is written" besuchs/geschäfts visum erwerbs tätigkeit nicht gestattet". i am not sure if with this remark I would be able to enter a schengen country other than Germany. I am planning to enter Italy after Germany if possible.
