Do i need to renew my visa evertime i go?

so my gf lives in brazil and ive already visited her for 90 days wiht my tourist visa... my visa says its good for 10 years but im planning to go again in 20 days... ive already both the plane ticket and everything, and i have 75 days valid days left on my visa for this year, so i was going to stay for another 75 days... my question is, do i need to inform the consulate again that im going..? liek do i have to renew it again or something? or can i just go? my friend has an american visa which is also good for 10 years and he just goes when ever he wants, so i was thinking it was okay to just go, since i am still legally able to go for anoher 75 days... do i need to inform them ..?

If your visa is for good for ten years, so if it is a multi entry one, you are good to go.
