How to find someone whose name you know who has been given a gift ceritficate by the U.S embassy in australia?

hey guys..now this may sound insane but i wanna find my long lost ex , all i know is her name..and that she won a certificate from the U.S embassy in australia for some essay ..how do i find out her name on their site? they do keep it right..? ..at this point of time..ANY And I mean ANY help will mean alot..thanks matez

This is the 2nd time you've posted this crazy question, isn't it? Why are you looking for her name from the US embassy if you already have her name? Or do you mean address? In any case, they wouldn't give you her address, and if she just got some silly certificate years ago, her public info certainly wouldn't be on their website, or probably not even in their records anymore. I think you should abandon the idea of the Embassy giving you any lead into finding your ex. If you're really serious, hire a private investigator. Or like someone else said, google her name, search Facebook, etc. But at the end of the day, if you're having this much trouble finding her, do you think she really wants to be found????
