What is the procedure to get the address change in passport?
-
I got my passport a couple of months ago, but the address was misprinted over there as "38/7" instead of "3B/7." I am in no urgency to apply for a visa, but anyhow want to get it rectified. Can somebody tell me what is the procedure of getting the address rectified?

Answer:
What address? What country? What passport? From the little information that you gave, I am guessing that you have an Indian passport. If that is the case, this may be helpful: http://passport.gov.in/cpv/faq.htm Form II can be ffound here: http://passport.gov.in/cpv/miscell.pdf
