  You will not be able to get a visa to live in the U.S. within 3 months. That is impossible, especially since you're an Indian citizen residing in Saudi Arabia (RED FLAGS WAVING). You will have to go through the normal procedure to obtain residency in the U.S. and your wife will have to do her part in the U.S. to get your process started. You can visit with a tourist visa but be warned that if you overstay your visit you risk the chance of being permanently or temporarily barred from the U.S. You can't change your visa while in the U.S. so don't even attempt to do so.
