Answer:
You will not be able to get a visa to live in the U.S. within 3 months. That is impossible, especially since you're an Indian citizen residing in Saudi Arabia (RED FLAGS WAVING). You will have to go through the normal procedure to obtain residency in the U.S. and your wife will have to do her part in the U.S. to get your process started. You can visit with a tourist visa but be warned that if you overstay your visit you risk the chance of being permanently or temporarily barred from the U.S. You can't change your visa while in the U.S. so don't even attempt to do so. You can apply for a K-3 spousal visa but this will have to be done from outside the U.S. For Spousal sponshorhip visit: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1315.html For more info on K-3 visa, visit: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_2993.html For more info contact the Embassy in Riyadh: http://riyadh.usembassy.gov/immigrant_visas.html Contact Info: http://riyadh.usembassy.gov/contact-us.html

Salehoss, there are only two things you can do with regard to your query. First ask your Saudi Arabian employer to assist you in requesting residence visa for your wife and her son as your dependents. They will know the paperwork. If you want to go to the US, I doubt if the US Embassy in KSA will issue you one (B1/B2 visa) as you are married to a US citizen. The best thing to do is to ask your wife to start the paperwork for you by filing an I-130. Here is the link to the website. http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_2991.html This petition will usually take 12-18 months of processing until the visa is in your passport. Best thing to do meanwhile is for her to visit you there or in India.
