Airside transit visa at Heathrow?
-
I have Indian passport and French Schengen Visa. I am planning to go from Paris to India via connecting flight in Heathrow. Do I need airside transit visa? I am unable to get a clear response from airlines or consulate so far.

Answer:
Yes you do need an ATV. The waiver only applies if you are either heading to the US/Canada/Australia/NZ or have a long term (more than 90 days) national visa of an EEA country.
