UK Public Fund Benefits for ILR holders.?

If your parents have been granted ILR they are entitled to claim any benefits they are eligible to claim. As you have been already advised, as an adult your parents cannot sponsor you to join them in the UK and you would in any case not be eligible for ILR. You must be resident for five years in the UK before you can claim ILR. Adult children cannot be brought to the UK as dependents. You can keep asking this question, but the answer will not change.

1) The only way they can sponsor you for a visa, is if they can prove you are not capable of taking care of yourself, and they provide all your support and there is no one else to do so. 2) Over 18 your chance of obtaining a visa, much less ILR, based on your parents are between slim and none. 3) If they qualify for benefits then there is no way they could qualify to sponsor you. It is evident they have low income, thus your chances once again are between slim and none. (oh heck who are we kidding...if they can qualify for benefits they can't sponsor anyone) Your parents, if they are living in the UK, and have ILR can claim any benefits they qualify for.
