I have no record in NSO. How to get birth certificate if you are born in Malaysia with Filipino citizenship?
-
I lost my original Birth certificate, from what I remember, my declared citizenship was VISAYA! I was born in Malaysia with Filipino parents. I badly need my birth certificate to apply for passport. The NSO does not have a copy of my BC. What should I do? where should I go?
-
Answer:
Cool ask your parents where your birth was registered, contact that office and they will send you a new one for a fee.
