Acceptance letter and Canadian Student Visa?

Can i use an acceptance letter from a Dutch language institute to obtain a study visa ?

Hello, i want to take course in Netherlands , the course is in dutch language but the university which offers this course don't offer any language courses in dutch so in order to take this course i have to learn dutch language therefore i need an visa to enter the netherlands so i want to know if an acceptance letter from a Dutch language institute will help me obtain a study visa ? or is it suitable for student visas ?!
