Criminal record how to check?

How can I get a criminal record check and get it notarized/apostilled while I am overseas?

• I need to get a criminal record check and have it notarized so that I can renew my teaching visa in S.Korea. Since I am over here, it will be impossible for me to do anything in person. Does anyone know how I can request a CRC and have it notarized and then sent to me in Korea?
