It's a scam. That's an extremely common story for West African scammers. She's not actually from Scotland. She's native to Ghana. The picture she sent you was a fake. She's trying to get 350 quid out of you, and if you send that, she'll come up with more expenses.

Passport renewals must be applied for at the British High Commission in Pretoria, South Africa.
