Do you have permission to fly out of the US? When flying out of Canada, your tourist visa is supplied on the plane, as part of the cost of the ticket, regardless of flying on a package or a flight only ticket. I would imagine that direct US flights do the same. Check with your travel agent before spending any unnecessary money. Good luck!
