As it says, I live in Juarez, Mexico and I have been studying in the US for four years now, I've been having big problems with a tracher and I am transferring again to Mexico, how hard is it to go to college in the United States when I did my high school years in a foreign country? Do I need to take the SAT's or the TOEFL?

Answer:
In order to continue your undergraduate studies you need to take SAT but since you have received your last academic degree from one of the US institutes you don't need to take the TOEFL test. However, I encourage you to explain your situation to you target school's admission office and double check with their requirements and regulations.
