I am finished my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science this year. I am willing to work in London because my brother is working there in a software company. I want to know details about the work permit visa for UK. Is this possible for me to get Work Permit? For that what the qualifications shall I need? Kindly give me a valuable answer for my query. There are several varieties of these. Tier 1 of the points-based visa system. You do not need a job offer to get a visa under this category, but it is very unlikely that a recent graduate will be successful in applying for one. Tier 2 of the points-based system. For this, you need to have a job offer from an employer who is willing to sponsor you before you apply for the visa. Tier 5 of the points-based system (temporary worker visa) - this wouldn't apply for work in computing.
