How can one enter uk via france?

Can I enter the UK with one passport and then enter France with another passport?

  • Hi, i am a dual national and carry two passports. The passport that was used/stamped when i entered the UK was lost. Now i am planning to go to France / other EU countries with my other passport. Can I enter another EU country with a passport that has no UK entry stamp? Will it be suspicious that my passport isn't UK entry-stamped when i am going to France from the UK? Would i be questioned my legal status in the UK? or it doesn't matter? P.S. My passport entitles me visa-free to all the EU countries. Thanks.

    Yes, France is only concerned when you enter their county, not when you entered England. The only thing is, depending on what country your other passport was issued in; you may have to get a visa to enter France so you better check that ou.

That shouldn't be a problem. I have done it before, though I am from Europe. If you want to check anyway, ring the passport office. They are generally very helpful.

u didn't write what dual nation - if both of those nations re out of european union like some arabian or russian or whatever(and the fact that u had to stamp your passport says u are - if u have european passport they don't put any stamps on it in any european country, including uk) then yes, u will have a lot of problems. borders re serious business for people from the thirld world countries
