I BADLY NEED HELP: What is the specific US department or govt agency that responsible for Child Support?
-
I am a mother of 2 children and they are all both US citizen and we are living in the Philippines(I am not a US citizen). I am a victim of domestic violence and suffered for almost 6 years and I filed a case against my husband who is now escaped to the US and never give any centavo for my children for their support. My husband is a US citizen by Naturalization and his mom is married to a white guy. My husband's mom who never see my children and never care for them is now helping my husband to get my children to the US and they filed something in the US embassy in the US to do some kind of custody assessment. Now, my questions are, Where do I get help and hear my part? My husband never comply on the court order from the Philippines to give support for my children and how can I enforce him? What do I need to do? Please help. Thank you.

Answer:
Yes this is true what the retired diplomat said! Make sure you go to the DFA, don't be cheap when it comes to boat fares ha, remember, when you were almost $10,000 rich, you were buying the most expensive class-ring and flying to Manila via airplane during class days as if like it was like buying banana cue in the stand.Don't be afraid of rejection ha, because your husband has a US based lawyer to defend his side. If your very worry about your 2 US citizen children getting hungry, if your husband is a good father, I don't think he will make them hungry, but remember, he sends money, he will file more cases against you. The receipts document that your husband just sent money to his grandmother a few days ago because grandma have been feeding all of you including you maids.I know grandma will testify on his behalf!Stop being a hambogera or a pauser and fire your maids and face the reality now. Everything is documented dear and the gossip in the neighborhood is catching up to you!You documented your tired hubby who took care of the infant 24 hours a day while your in school and playing video games with the MP4 that he gave you to use for school but as usual as a Filipino, you abused! All your comrads are documented! No one in the right mind in the US trust Filipinos when it comes to money! That $10,000 you stole in Philippine standard is enough for you to live for 4 years! Not 8 months. Actually it's not even 8 months yet!

first of all, you need to tell the whole truth! You didn't state that you set up your husband because you know that he has hidden almost $10,000 in the safe that you stole!Second, stop the lies of 6 years of abused!your husband was not in the Philippines for 6 years and most of your photos with your husband are very well happy. Third, your Filipino friends are hypocrite and as far by fact that many US citizens who know Philippines very well knows that their are many tactic that most Filipinos like you who came from broken families scam scam scam.Fourth, your husband does not know that thing you stated you filed in the Department of social service. It is obvious that the day you passed your nursing exam whom your husband paid all your education was the day you get your karma back because those 2 US citizen children are being used as bullets to scam thousands of dollars!Good news(passed the exam), same day bad news(you found out your being monitored).Last but not list, 2 groups are monitoring your ***!Stop your lies their and stop thinking negative on your husband because he has done nothing wrong to you except pulled you out from drug infested slum poverty without a high school education and he got you a high school education and got your college degree and as a RN(registered nurse).Everywhere you go, you are being monitored!Stop blaming your husband and his mom who married a white man that you stated never cares until now, you don't know the real truth. You need to swallow your pride child before it hurts your relatives in manila and bicol. Your classmates who helped you are already hurt, encase you don't know yet, see it mid 2011!Not too many passers ha
It seems like Jannet Acula has given you more information than you could really handle, Leona. Good thing she read this when you posted it on Yahoo Answers. But to answer your question, the DCFS (Dept. of Children and Family Services) is in charge of family matters. As the mother of these 2 kids, you can go to the Dept. of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs (OUMWA) 3rd floor to talk to a legal officer there for any action on your case. You need to give all details though, not just the whitewashed ones that would make your part look better. The DFA may make representations with the appropriate US govt. agency, if they deem necessary.
