Which is easier for applying OCI?

Is there anybody out there who got oci, when they came to usa as an asylee?

OCI (overseas citizenship of india) when u apply for an oci, they have a question in there, that if u had sought asylum before applying for USA citizenship? what we should answer to that and if we say yes are they gonna give us oci or not? so anybody had similar case or been throgh the same situation. help me please.

Darlin' I intend to go to India in the nearfuture ande I thought oci was like a green card here in the usa. I'd keep my us citizenship but would be eligible to work in India for a newspaper or any of the media outlets. Guess I'll have to ask Indian Embassy when I call for visa. IK plan to stay a few months come back to the States and then return if if if what I want still wants abeginning and middle without an end.
