What does Cosmetology- Operator Training programs (AAS) mean?

Training programs are slave labor.?

  • WORK TRAINING PROGRAMS IN THE PHILIPPINES PROMOTE SLAVE LABOR. EVEN THE MAJOR FOOD CHAINS HAVE LEGAL TRAINING PROGRAMS (USUALLY 30 DAYS) WHERE THE TRAINEE WORKS FOR FREE. AFTER TRAINING THE TRAINEE ENTERS A LARGE POOL OF WORKERS WAITING TO BE CALLED TO WORK. THE CALL NEVER COMES. AS ONE WAITS IN THE “POOL” ANOTHER GROUP IS BEING TRAINED. THIS IS “LEGAL” SLAVE LABOR. MY NIECE WORKED FOR FREE THREE MONTHS IN THREE WORK PROGRAMS AND HAS NEVER BEEN CALLED! Government agencies offered no help!

  • Answer:
