What r the duties for teh secretary b/c i was wondering does the recording secretary rite the agenda or does the prez. I'm pretty sureits te prez. but is was just checking thanks!

The recording secretary takes minutes of the meetings, does roll call, provides minutes of previous meetings and whatever other duties the President would ask of them.

Both of them can write the agenda. With our student council, everybody is equal...well, basically. I usually do have the final say in approving or disapproving things, but the secretary should be an active roll. Basically you'll take notes, throw ideas at the president, write thank you cards.....etc. Good luck.

It should be all the officers tho the prez has final say on what will go when.
