  May I make it clear that the terrorism and ruthless,barbaric murders committed by the gang headed my marxist mandela was NOT under the catagory of civil disobedience. So many people,ignorant of the mans history and the reasons he was in prison hail him as some kind of hero. He is not a hero,he is a savage murderer that supported the marxist,muslim despotic regimes of Africa including that of Amins Uganda. Only the changing of political tides and the self serving crocodile tears of a few fading ,fair weather leftist pop stars have changed the perception of this man. However,the facts and his history remain. Ghandi,although short sighted in his views and naively optimistic of Indias ability to rule itself was not of the same breed.Though he was not directly responsible for murder in the same way as mandela,his actions were to lead to the deaths of thousands, the partition of India,the creation of a muslim fundamentalist state and ultimately the nuclear arming of 2 third world unstable countries.
