Do infrastructure projects like the ones by FDR help create jobs in the private sector since the Workers have paychecks to spend to create demand or do infrastructure jobs funded by the government destroy private sector jobs did FDR say this would help or hurt thanks ?

Answer:
Less then 10% of the money is government paycheck for these projects. All are contracted out to the private sector and most to locale workers. The Ronald Regan's Interstate program was the biggest govermemt program and still go on. The gas, oil, and voted by the people is the money that builds new and repairs old Interstate highways. And the republican't ares till trying to take it away.
