Is there anyone who knows how to contact tech support?

Is there any groups out there i can contact that are against the department of human services?

  • I would like to contact a group that is against some of the regulations of human services. or a group of people i could call that could help me figure out how to retaliate against them. My brother that is 18 years old right now graduating high school soon, and is getting his license... and has been "diagnosed" with a brain disease called static encephalopathy not too long ago. before i knew any of this. when me and him where just little enough to even realize the world we where taken away by human services. ever since then we where given legal right to visit each other every weekend. and as things progressed, this family that my brother was given too, stopped letting me, my mother, and my father see him. we could never even call him by phone because when we would they would always say he was unavailable or busy. when i was in elementary school the family told the teachers that i was not aloud to hang out with him on the play ground or before school started. and keep in mind... all of this is happening when my mother went to court and got legal rights to visit him and she was also still the legal guardian. now, to this day, they will only ignore me and my family ( sister, father, mother) and wont let us have any contact with him. I am 20 years old now, no criminal record, and have graduated high school. and human services wont allow and sort of information out to me or anyone that wants to see him. they say it "isint a regulation they can offer" no phone number, and not even where he lives. HE IS MY BLOOD. and they think it is ok that im never able to see my brother. i am a normal person who is trying to get a college degree and they don't even care. i would like to know how this is legal? and now.... they are saying he has an IQ of 70, he is diagnosed with a brain disease but yet he is going to school, graduating, and driving. while also having a job. well now... they are trying to go to court to get full custody of him and be able to tell him what he can and cannot do for the rest of his life. like getting married, living on his own, having a kid, all of that stuff you can possibly think of. and i cant do anything about it. because i cant afford an attorney. for 15 YEARS i have had only around 20 times of communication with him and now they want to give him ssi to feed money off of him because they think he is "retarded". this WOMEN has 4 other kids that she adopted and all of them she collects child support off of. THIS IS AMERICA people who are 18 are supposed to HAVE THEIR FREEDOM AND SPEECH. so please if anyone knows anyone i can talk to about this situation, to go against this human services department through this court case. it would be much obliged. this is for my poor brother. he is obviously defenseless in this case and i would like to help him be a FREE AMERICAN just like any of us all. he is not as dumb as they put him out to be. he CAN hold normal conversations. he is just a very shy kid. and i have no doubt in my mind they purposely brain washed him. its all in the upbringing and that's what this women is hiding. and i know... that he was always kept from his friends. he has never had a social life because she would never let him. last i knew, he was a very well behaved guy. and that wasn't long ago. so my final answer is. please, help me find a group of people that can help me fight this horrible case of what i would like to call "slavery" "and "illegal".

  • Answer:

You say that your mother has a court order allowing visitation. If any person or agency is violating the court order, she can ask the court for appropriate action. Her attorney will explain it to you. You are correct that an adult USUALLY has the right to all legal choices. However, it may be that a court has appointed a guardian. In such cases, the guardian makes decisions for the ward. Why do you believe that the agency knows where your brother is? If he is an adult and is not under a guardianship, the agency may not know where he is. At some point, if this is important to you, you will have to consult an attorney. In my community, the local lawyer referral service finds a lawyer for you. The initial 30-minute consultation is only $20.
