How can someone find out about the real government grants without paying for information that should be free?

It takes some effort to find all the different types of govt. grants available and how to qulify and submit for them. Those guys are being paid to save you the effort. If you do the research, you will find grants available for nearly anything you can think of.

Use Extreme care!! this was a scam last year tried on me by telephone......said they were with the Federal Rebate Processing Center. they were in fact, asking you for $300 bucks.and send you a form for a grant program (available free) and STEALING your money. they were based out of Lav Vegas. Any government grants or loans......will always be available by checking out a search engine (yahoo, google, ect.) Try typing in government grants. and stick with the web pages with .org or .gov urls
