Answer:
On the TO line write their address. In the BODY write your message. Then hit send. P.S. It is helpful to fill in the Subject line too, but not required.

go to compose mail and write who it is to write the subject and write whatever u want to talk about but first u have to go to part where u go check ur mail

Do you mean that you go an email and you want to send an email to someone else? If so if you look where it says reply, next to it or around it should be a forward button. Once the page opens up just put the person's email address and hit send.
