I had a friend and she told me that the freelotto.com was kept on sending her email messages that she won. She wants to claim the prize winnings, it states their that she should validate first a pin # using F.A.S.T rules in order to claim her prize. She was afraid to give her credit number, because this might be a form of scam. THe question is, Is F.A.S.T exisiting?. Is this a SCAM or Not? PLs. help my friend...she badly need our help.
