How do I post a comment on facebook?

Everytime I post a comment on a news story on Facebook everyone sees it. How do I stop this?

  • I don't want people to see every comment I write on a news post on their wall. How do I stop this without blocking people or doing it to every comment. Is there just a way to prevent it always unless I want people to see it?

In the text box bottom right corner next to "post" is a drop down menu you an make it "public" or only make the post go out to a certain group. First you need to make all your groups eg- Friends, Family, workmates, etc....you need to go through and add all your friends to a group before you can do this

On those news articles, there is a Facebook logo with a checkbox near ur comments. Make sure there is no check.

when you post, there is a drop down that lets you select who you want your post to be visible to.

Facebook is a social network, if u don't want people 2 c ur comments, keep them to urself...
