  Assuming you mean print journalism, as opposed to broadcast, the primary jobs are in reporting. Entry level positions aren't the easiest to get. You could be a stringer who gets basic stories to be assembled at the paper. Later on, editing positions and management positions would be come possibilities. It's a tough business these days with many of the jobs converting to Internet based work.
