Journalism: Future and Current Prospects?
-
IN CANADA: I have to find the current and future prospects. Firstly, I don't really understand what that is, but if you know the unemployment rate for journalists that would be good too. But also what are the current and future prospects. Thank you!!

Answer:
Current prospects means what actually is the change of finding a job in journalism. Future prospects means the change of finding and keeping such a job for the future as well. The current and future prospects in journalism are not all that positive. Over the past years there have been journalist laid off due to the decline in newspapers sales. Journalist will be around for ever though, so if that's your dream go for it. If you're really good at it, you'll do just fine.
