    well you need to get a degree in english language or literature first however they also except any other prestigious degree for example my mother did a law degree before she became a journalist. then you can enroll in a college of journalism http://www.bbc.co.uk/journalism/ . after that you can approach radio stations or tv channels and ask for a job in say research, then you prove yourself and ask to maybe present a segment on the radio and so forth
