How do we contact the yahoo message boards?

Did Yahoo message boards/discussions do anything to help the world? Yahoo is closing them today. Read this:?

  • Some folks are calling this censorship: "Yahoo! News is working on new ways for readers to comment on the news and participate in a discussion around it. While we work on our new community features, the message boards that have been linked from individual news articles will be taken offline Dec. 19. As currently set up, the Yahoo! News message boards allow a small number of vocal users to dominate the discussion. In addition, related discussions from similar news articles are not easily linked. Over the next few months, we plan to offer new discussion forums based on topics in the news and incorporating the latest features to foster a better discussion for all of our readers. "

This is not good. The only reason keeping these perverts off the street was the heavy trolling they did on the yahoo boards. Now, they are going to have to find another way to release their aggression to the common folks

I, for one, think that it is wonderful that these forums for hate and filth have finally been shut down. Children need monitoring and that is that.

Same thing happened on the CNN site back in the 90's. They had an open forum similar to Yahoo's and it just got out of control. Yahoo could have done a MUCH better job of policing the site by preventing people (trolls) from using multiple I.D.'s and thus dominating the discussions.
