Good names for a school newspaper?

  • So me and group of friends are looking to start a school newspaper for various reasons. We are at high school (secondary school) in our last year and the school is called Rangiora High School. Any suggestions for a name for the newspaper would be greatly appreciated.

    When I was at uni we ran an newspaper called "The Paper", which turned a tidy profit and ran for nearly 400 issues. The best name for you paper should reflect what sort of audience you're taking it to. If you want an edgy "in your face" type newspaper, you could call it that "Rangiora Slanderer" or perhaps if you want a conservative an stuffy sort of image you could call it the Chronicle or something. How about calling it the Headkicker, or the Informant?
