Where is the comment section for Yahoo news?

Is the comment section on yahoo news out of service?

    The problem is with Yahoo!, not with individual users. There was, apparently, a notification appearing EARLIER which stated that Yahoo! news comments were temporarily unavailable but that Yahoo! was working to restore the feature. I cannot find that notification on any of the news stories NOW, but I assume the message still applies. A LOT of people are complaining about the same issue, so it's clearly a problem with Yahoo!, not with us.

Hopefully it's out of service and then people might be forced to actually make a change towards the things they want made better in the world instead of just complaining to their computer.I think people would do much better if they were actively pursuing and creating the solutions like they are at http://larouchepac.com/

It seems to be a glitch in Yahoo's website, or a temporary suspension of the service for some reason. This is not the first time it happens... to my knowledge, it's the second time in about six months. Last time it was restored in a few days.
