How much are old newspapers/ magazines worth?

• My grandpa passed away recently and he left me a chest and I just opened it up for the first time yesterday and there were a ton of old newspapers and National Geographic Magazines dating back to the early 30's. Some of the news papers were reporting pretty famous events such as The JFK Assassination, The attack on Pearl Harbor, The Moonlanding and a lot of stuff about the Vietnam War including a New York Times reporting that the United States was entering Vietnam. There's a bunch of old stuff in there that's pretty cool, so I'm wondering if these items could be worth a lot. Thanks!

  I am sorry to say this but ever since newspapers were created they would always keep at least one copy of a newspaper of magazine. Now that technology is increasing, newspapers and magazines will not be worth much.
