Muslim children beaten at schools in England?
-
Answer:
My great aunt was beaten so badly in a Christian School (Catholic) in North London as a child that she had mental illness for the rest of her life. During conflict situations (ie arguments) she would see visions of Jesus, and cower, even in her later years. I do not condone corporal punishment in any school.

True??? These people blow their guts all over the streets of their neighboring countries and you wonder if a head punch and an ear twist is true. Sort of out of balance isn't it. No wonder they are crazy. It is time for you people of your religion to denounce trying to kill me. I haven't heard one of your leaders tell his followers to stop it yet. Silence is a go ahead to me. This puts you all in the same boat and the world is gonna sink it.

Those are Muslim 'teachers' at evening religious schools. Not to be confused with teachers in educational day schools.

This is disgusting that those teachers do that, I'm arab, well Christian Arab and I remember when I used to be in Christian school in the middle east and let me tell you, it was strict but not THAT strict.

If it is true, which it most likely is, it really isn't a major shocker. Truth be told, different cultures have different practices as it pertains to education and child rearing. If the parents of these children had an issue with what's going on, they should have done something about it.

I am (not for the first time) confused but is child abuse(by that i mean anything more than a smack on the leg) not ILLEGAL in this country? Is it only illegal then for some people? Are the laws of the land negotiable depending on religion? This story sounds very much like child abuse to me..........
Do you believe everything in the Times?
James Mack
Probably not. The Times imply this is fact, but don't actually have any real evidence. They had some quotes, but it's easy for a reporter to put words in to somebody's mouth especially a child! The Times obviously had a theory ... "Muslim children abused" ... and then went to find the facts. As there were none they just made it up. A bit like the Mumbai terrorism when they swore 7 Brits were involved!!!
