Why mumbai police could not trace even single culprit of train blast on 11/7?

mumbai blasts occured on 11/7 took life of 200innocent persons &injured about 800 persons .how such persons who did it escaped police net?

Well, its easier said than done. With the crowds that literally travel on top of each other, a guy with a motive to leave a small bag full of deadly explosives behind and get down unnoticed is only natural. Later all he has to do is send a remote signal, or perhaps the explosives had a timer device. It is all too easy. Especially during the rush hours. You dont need to induct suicide bombers in such cases in your outfit as elsewhere. Even an innocent boy can be lured to do the job for you, at say 100 rupees, he not knowing what he is doing. I do kinda sympathise with the lawenforcement authorities.
