They cheat alumni of large amount for donation for this and for that purpose. They are also involved in the so called PCHS online donation scam. Ignacio Gan i guess he is the younger brother of Emilio Gan also a scammer and con artist. Gan Chuan Su i guess he is the husband of Lee Lai Gan is it ?
