What activity level would you put me as?

  • SEDENTARY: a lifestyle that includes only the physical activity of independent living; LOW ACTIVE: a lifestyle that includes physical activity equivalent to walking 1.5 to 3 miles per day at 3 to 4 miles per hour, in addition to the activities of independent living; ACTIVE: a lifestyle that includes physical activity equivalent to walking more than 3 to 10 miles per day at 3 to 4 miles per hour, in addition to the activities of independent living; VERY ACTIVE: a lifestyle that includes physical activity equivalent to walking more than 10 miles per day at 3 to 4 mile s per hour, in addition to the activities of independent living; so i am a teenager i go to school 5 days per week, i work in a shop at the weekend, i have 1 hour and a half pe lesson, i walk 1.5 miles once a week and do half hour dance class, i cook every night and go on my trampoline a few times a week for 10 or 15mins, i play with my little sister in the garden once or twice a week to, so where would you put me? (i do other execise sometimes but when i do i like to add the calories i burn from that separate:)
