What happened to Froy on Operation Repo arrest (questioning) with Homeland Security?
-
Froy recv’d Grn card 4/29/91, became a perm resident 3/31/01. Law requires for him to remain law abiding for 5 yrs from admittance to US. On 7/30/03 he was convicted of Grand Theft, which DHS was trying to push for him to be deported. Froy appealed, as he was here since ’91 so that was more than 5 years from the date of admittance. The Deportation case was dismissed 8/29/08. Keep in mind the show is based on what has happened in the past, so this would be the homeland security involvement. If you do a bit of searching for "Froylan Tercero File" on google, you should be able to find some information to show the appeal information. HOPE THE INFORMATION HELPS!!!!!
