Why does Yahoo allow the questions and answers to be private?

Why doesn't yahoo answers post up some questions? Yet they allow other questions that are just as ridiculous?

Also sometimes they don't let you post up links, but other times they do...
Answer:

certain words or links trigger the automatic flag so it depends on what is loaded into the auto system i would guess it is based on common violations and particularly problem site links photo links are often flagged. these things do usually post after staff review
