IBPS Jan 2012 - Lost Money - Dupe Link?

Thousands of complaints on Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) – Mumbai. Now I am too a victim of IBPS. Had paid online payment Rs.459.94 but money has gone and did not get either a mail or an sms of the registration and password. No response from the e-mail id provided or the phone numbers given. Unable to speak to any one. I agree the customer flow is high but still its not done for free of cost. I wonder how govt. and participating banks are in link with them..???? More surprisingly and shocking is they (IBPS) have "service excellence award 2010" from ING VYSYA bank. Can some one please help as how to get the registration and password or at least money paid. Thanks!!
