How do you deal with rude and small minded people at work?

• i am 14 year old, and it is my first time sending a piece of work to a site. i am sending this piece of work below to a site please tell me if the work is good maybe even use a scale out of ten. Here is the piece of work: Science, Religion and Kurdistan All the religions if not all have denied that Humans have evolved. Religion believes we were made the way we are now, but of course that is not the way scientists think. First scientists made theories and other unbelievable explanations to explain that we have evolved through time. But of course only a small amount of people believed there ideas and theories, the people stacked with religion and superstitious beliefs. But through time scientists started to advance there knowledge and technology, they became the resource that the human kind needed. They discovered how to cure people and how to save lives. They are making our lives easier, healthier and entertaining. Now with there ultra advanced technology “I like to call”, they can and have proved that we have evolved from a microbe to a mammal! They have proved that there was life before us, and because of this lots of people have started to believe in science and left and forgot religion. As far as anyone knows religion has done nothing for us but causing violence, hatred and fear into people. But science has proved and done a lot for us they have saved lives and made our lives better. Though I say many people have left religious beliefs, it does not mean that everyone has. The poor countries and the less open minded people are still religious, For example like the Arabs and some other poor and less advanced countries. Kurdistan might become a country soon, and I think it would be wise for Kurdistan to become a scientific country instead of a religious country. There will be much more advantages if Kurdistan became a scientific country like the European countries and Israel. Israel is small, it has a small population and it hasn’t been a long time since they have been ruling there own country. But because it has stacked with America and is a scientific country, its people are enjoying there every day life and Israelis army is (mighty strong) so it can bring safety to its people. If Kurdistan does what Israel has, it will become a powerful, wealthy country, and it will be even better if Kurdistan could make friends with Israel, they would be really helpful to each other because of the problems in the Middle East.
