Most of the illegal immigrants are taking the jobs that Americans *won't* do. In 2011, Georgia went through a major agricultural labour shortage due to new immigration laws that prevented undocumented workers from taking those jobs. You'd think they could have filled those jobs with Americans, given that unemployment rates are always kinda high, but no. Americans mostly wouldn't take those jobs, and many of those who tried it just quit shortly after. I'm not saying illegal immigrants are good for the American economy, but before you proclaim the "taking American jobs" thing, remember that Americans don't want those jobs in the first place.

We cannot get emotional over illegal immigration. We cannot send the "illegals" back home. We have more important issues to worry about. Jobs, Wars, 2012 General Election, Gas Prices, Economy, Global Warming, AIDS, Health Care. Stop attempting to make immigrants Scapegoats. it will never work.

The only people that are light on immigration are the socialists, idiots, or people not near the border. The costs of illegals on hospitals are immense. There are big opportunity costs
