Feeling helpless, Im still in high school, and when I get out I want to move to England?

  • I want to move to England when I finish school, people always tell me I'm just a stupid kid with my expectations to high, If I moved over there any ideas where to stay? Or what to do when I get over there? How to prove everyone wrong? How to make friends when I get over there? I am in year 10, but I feel helpless like im going to be stuck in this very small town for the rest off my life, single and lonely, PLEASE help me!!

  • Answer:

The english are a strange crowd... they kinda don't like it when pennyless kids show up and want to take up residence. In general you don't need a visa... but your stay is limited to 6 months and they want you to provide proof that you have enough funds (or Mommy's $5000 limit credit card) to make sure you can support yourself during your vacation. Getting a job as a tourist is not going to happen. To get a work visa you need to start with an english embassy in your country and apply for one. Good Luck

Get a job and save up a whole bunch of money. Also see if you can't try to get a scholarship for a abroad school in England. Keep your grades up and work hard. I know schools hard but just keep driving to get to where you want to be and you'll get there when the time is right. Good luck, hope this helped!
