I can't stand this anymore, what can be done about this? I can't stand to see her like this, being beat, help

i dont think you should tell anybody. i dont think you should talk to her parents about it... cuz the minute you leave, her dad's gonna abuse her for telling others... if you choose to tell somebody, they're gonna take her away from her parents, and trust me... i think she'd rather get abused that be taken away from her parents... and even if she DOES get taken away from her parents, she'll think it's the biggest mistake in her life... she'll miss them... A LOT!! so i think you should let her take it for a couple more years... or tell ur gf to do something to make them proud... why would they hurt her then?? if they abuse her, it's probably because she did something... or maybe they just wannt get their anger out... god knows why! but still... i don't think you should tell anybody... how would you like it if someone took you away from your parents when nobody asked them to!! she's not asking anybody to take her parents away... she thought she could trust you... just give her that trust... dont tell even ur friends about it... cuz somewhere along the line... da police r gonna find out abou it. soooooo... DON'T TELL!!

Instead of calling social services call the police and tell them you think your girlfriend is being child abused by her father, and let them investigate and make the decisions on what to do.

here's a joke, old guy couldn't stand to watch his poor wife haul all those heavy blocks of wood to the fire burner every morning while he just laid there so he decide to sleep with his face toward the wall. Get it, if there is nothing you can do then you need to look the other way and move on with your life don't get involved in anything you don't know about.

drop an unnamed letter in the mailbox saying something like, i can see whats going on in there every time you hit her. make it seem like a neighbor

If you beleive you can't go to CPS have you considered turning somewhere else for help? What about talking about it with your own parents and seeing what they have to say. You can also go to a guidence counselor at school. They would also try to help, but if you gave them your girlfriends name, they might have to take legal action. I'm not sure. Also talk to your girlfriend some and try to see what she would be willing to do to help it stop. Maybe she'd be willing to go with you to talk to someone about it. Just remember, "The most important thing to do is to tell someone about the abuse." That's the first step in ending it. I hope that this might help some. I hope you find a solution.

She should notify the police...or at least go to a trusted teacher or counselor at school. What is happening is illegal and if she remains there 2 more years...he may kill her. Where is her mother? Does she have aunts/uncles, grandparents who would help her??? No one should tolerate this kind of abuse...but she has to make the decision to get help NOW

Well,if she ends up crippled or worse then what,you need to see somebody a teacher a minister of some kind,an anomanous call to police something if you don't you might end up reqretting it the rest of your life,and if those bruises are that bad I don't see how they can be faked,do you.DO SOMETHING!!!

Any man that beats a woman or a kid, deserves to have his a** beat. So go and tune him up and explain why this is happening. Also let him know that if it happens again that it will be worse next time. More than likely he will not listen, but if it bothers you that much eventually it will stop him.
