• I'm am literally a worthless person that is just a waste of space. I'm 18 years old and even God hates me. I was a mistake and my parents still act like they don't want me. I have never ever had a boyfriend or a date. I'm REALLY ugly to. I have acne all over my face and bald spots from trichotillomania (the impulse control disorder that causes me To pull out my hair). I need a way to build self esteem and feel good about my self)

  Hi.. you can overcome all of that through constant nourishing of your mind. Daily positive self reinforcement. Positive affirmations are a good way. Google them,especially affirmations on self confidence and self esteem. Earl Nightingale said "we become what we think about most of the time"...We also attract what we think about....Tell yourself everyday with feeling and conviction that you are great and that you deserve the best. When you truly believe it in your core, others will believe and know it and treat you accordingly. Remember, people take cues from you often times without you saying a word. Some good books I can suggest.1) The magic of believing by Claude 2) The power of your subconscious mind by joseph murhpy 3) The movie "the secret" - 1st 20 minutes free on youtube. 4) The power of positive thinking by Normal Vincent Peale Also, something that really helped is "mirror affirmations".Google them,.. I do them everyday 20 minutes every morning and before going to bed at night. i now attract better, positive experiences and people into my life. I also realized no one is going to love me if i don't love myself. Other things I did- stopped watching/reading the news which is mostly all about negativity and whats bad in the world...Also, get rid of negative people in your life...
