What is the most important thing in a relationship?

Funny how no one has said Sex yet, but it is something that is probably as important as anything else. The question should have been asked what 3 things are most important, or is this question just from a female perspective. Female answer = Trust Male answer = Sex Please tell me I am wrong LOL

No one can tell you for sure - every couple is different. But from what I've seen, been through, and heard, its far better to be friends, if not best friends, before dating. It makes for a far more intimate relarionship, not all about sex or looks.

Trust and Communication. You can never have a good relationship without trust. If you can't communicate your feelings to one another then eventually it will catch up to the relationship.

for me there are many things, trust, open minded, love, communication, reliable and a partner should be caring that is most important for me.

Trust is the main reason for having a good relationship. Other important things are communication, mutual belief in a higher authority, honesty, understanding, faithfulness, and respectfullness.These revolve around good honest communication with each other.Relationships need everything working together for it to run smoothly. Accepting the true honest fact that in order for the relationship to work and be the best for both people.....you must be able to agree to disagree at somethings.....don't say nothing is wrong when there is just to keep the peace. BE HUMAN...be up front and honest and if you can do that then you are both involved equally to make the relationship work. .
