How To Cheat Top Eleven?

How can someone cheat on you if they love you? My girlfriend obsessively loved me but cheated with 30 people..?

  • I find it hard to get my head around, my girlfriend is 16 and a serial cheater, meaning she had loads of messages for guys and girls as she is bi saying i miss you, i love you etc all that crap. Now i've been going out with her for a month and had deep feelings for her i even thought i loved her. She on the other hand kept saying "i love you so much" just randomly like when we would be hanging out or saying how "i don't understand how much she loves me" etc. She used to say stuff like she wants to do something to show me how much she loves me and make me understand how deep it is. It got to the stage where i was thinking wow calm down because i love her but i thought her love might be way deeper than mine. She had my name scribbled on the back of her coursework folder's had my picture as her screensaver so i thought she was really in love with me only to find out that she is a serial cheater telling loads of guys and girls that she's in love with them and them saying the same back. How does this work? I could understand if our relationship was one sided, with me loving her and her just liking me then it would be understandable. But it was the other way, the way she talked about how much she loved me made me think "hey she likes me way more than i like her" eventhough i loved her. She was saying how she thinks of me 24/7 etc she cried one time on the phone to me because she missed me so badly (hadn't seen her in the flesh for 5 days) etc i dunno it just baffel's me. How could someone like that then cheat with like 30 other people behind my back?

    Sorry to hear that buddy. Don't think it's about you or about your relationship with her - it's not. If someone is cheating that much, it really is pathological. She clearly has a HUGE need for love, affection, and validation, and while she's getting it, she's not actually *receiving* it, if that makes sense. Kind of like how you can zone out while a teacher is talking and you hear them without listening. There's something amiss with her, and maybe therapy or something would help her get to the bottom of it.

if she loved you she wouldnt cheat on you, sorry to put it bluntly but i believe that if you love someone you wouldnt do anything that could jepradise what you have with that person, a drunken kiss once i could forgive as it could be an accident, but if its happened more than once i would forget her, you'll find better,someone who values you and would never want anyone but you,

16 year olds don't love. They lust. You said she loves you obsessively - obsession isn't love, it's insecurity. This girl is so desperate to be truly loved and accepted that she will throw herself at anyone who is nice to her. (And she's 16...)

She obviously DIDN'T love you. My former bf did the same things your girl did (saying he loved me so much, etc) only to become abusive later. Words are only words. You have to show love by actions too and your girl never really seemed to do that.

Just saw your update. At least you have your head around it, and you know you can't be with her. Now it's just time to let your heart heal. So sorry you had to go through that.
